This amazing waterfront lot in the Old Village once had a rundown, dated and asbestos filled structure that required demolition.  All that remained was the pool and our imagination.  The piles for the new home needed to be designed around the existing piles of the previous home, which posed many challenges.  The resulting design of this new LowCountry style home not only enhanced and engaged the existing outdoor living area but provided almost every room in the house with breathtaking views of the Charleston harbor and peninsula.
